Synopsis

A4, a spy for the Ministry of Defense, is dedicated to defending Japan against foreign agents from the shadows and has earned the name of Phantom for his ability. He meets Mamiru Kai, a normal high school girl with extraordinary abilities and a crush on him, and many misunderstandings ensue between them.
